テレビで無免許を一括で危険運転とみなしてしまうと「うっかり更新を忘れた」無免許も同じ扱いになってしまうので無免許＝危険運転とは出来ないと解説してましたが無免許の事情を考慮に入れたらよいだけと思います。
無免許運転を繰り返し一度検挙されてるって悪質と思うのが一般人ですよね。

バッグが垂れ下がってリアブレーキと干渉しそうやし、最悪リアホイールに巻きこんでホイールロックの可能性があります。
チューブラーを使う人なら、たぶん分かるとは思うのですが、知らんお客さんが真似すると危険運転に・・
