ひさびさに乗ると全然坂が上れなくてハァハァやってるのですが＾＾；
uenoさんは平均ケイデンスどれくらいで回してます？
三本ローラでもかって鍛えようかなぁ・・＾＾；

登坂に関して私に聞かないでください(^^;
私のロードでは39×25が一番軽い設定ですぐにケイデンスは60rpm位にすぐなってしまいます。
三本は怖そうですね。(^^)
ミニベロ７は大改造してますのでもう少し上位ランクのやつのほうが結局安そうです。
