私はレース兼練習用シューズには入れてます。
熱かけて成形するやつなら、カント調整にもなるかと。
足裏のピッタリ感はなかなかですよ。

スキーの世界ではカント調整できる靴が当たり前だったのを思い出したんです。
調整できる靴が無かったときはガムテープを使ってしてました。（糊がはみ出てソックスに付くのでお勧めできません）
